Hotlanta Now- Delta Sky Magazine Launch

A Legendary Event kicked off a fabulous magazine launch and spread in the recent November Delta Sky magazine, which had a spectacular insert all about Atlanta! The kick-off event was held at the High Museum of Art and Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed unveiled the profile issue with a focus on Atlanta. The city has never looked so good or so inviting with our very own Tony Conway, CEO and Owner of A Legendary Event as your expert guide to a dozen philanthropic events that make a difference in our great city.  Delta also featured Tony’s upcoming award honor for his dedication to A Meal To Remember befitting Senior Citizen Services of Atlanta.  This issue is filled with many positive articles written on how great the city of Atlanta is and where we are headed in the future.  Without question, Atlanta will be Delta’s travelers next destination after reading this exciting article and we’re very proud of Tony and A Legendary Event for the unending dedication to giving back.  Take a look at this page-turning spread to learn more about the wonderful city A Legendary Event calls our own, Atlanta!

Summer Note from Tony Conway

This past week our team had the pleasure of working on a photo shoot with the Atlanta Occasion Publisher Heather Vreeland on her upcoming July Issue! It is going to be amazing and you will have to check out the newest venue in Atlanta, 200 Peachtree! The image above doesn’t even come close to doing this event space justice. Our Creative Director, Steve Welsh, and Floral Director, Jeanna Graham, took my vision and really made it come together with the amazing table settings and incredible floral decor…and then Senior Event Manager, Sandi Horgan, led a team of Legendary Staff and Supplier Partners to handle all of the logistics! Drapery was provided by the fantastic Event Drapery and, of course, photographer Ben Vigil made everything come to life! Heather and I have been planning and designing this shoot for sometime, and I look forward to your feedback on the issue…pick it up July! I cannot wait to see what the rest of the issue has in store for us because Heather is amazing at what she does!

I will also be featured in the July issue of Delta Sky Magazine… from what I hear, the overall theme really is going to be fun and innovative …I hope you like the article!

Tony’s “Tips from the Pros” featured in current issue of Delta Sky Magazine

If you’re flying this Thanksgiving season, be sure to check out some of Tony’s Recession-Busting Tips featured in the current issue of Delta Sky Magazine. Instead of a sit-down dinner, Tony suggests inviting friends over for a low key “game night” where one couple brings the wine, one brings the game, and one brings the dessert. This gives the host a chance to pick up a wonderful wood-roasted gourmet pizza or to try his or her own hand at pizza-dough making. He also recommends incorporating a multitude of candles to help set the mood and suggests offering a signature drink in lieu of going to the expense of a fully stocked bar. http://deltaskymag.delta.com/
