Staffing

This dedicated group is chosen from among the most experienced professionals in the business. To ensure consistency within our high standards, these people are given ongoing training and coaching when they join A Legendary Event. Many of our staff become coordinators or permanent members of our staff.

Beverage Service
If your event takes place in a facility without a liquor license or in a private home: in accordance with Georgia law, the client is responsible for the selection, purchase and delivery of all alcoholic beverages (includes beer, wine and spirits.)

Mixer Service
A Legendary Event offers: Soft Drinks, Sparkling and Non-carbonated Spring Water (bottled), Juices, Bar Fruit. Services also include beverage chilling, necessary glassware, A Legendary Event paper cocktail napkins and ice.
Rentals
We are pleased to assist with:
• Beautiful linens for guest tables
• Decorative wedding cake table topper and skirting
• Decorative gift table topper and skirting
• Linen napkins - wide color selection available
• Specialty chairs and/or chair covers to coordinate with your table linens
• Additional items priced upon request


Buffet Decor and Florals
We are pleased to assist with Buffet Displays (complete with linens, candles and specialty decor pieces).

Entertainment
We can arrange for entertainment to enhance to your events - from classical, pop and jazz musicians to performing artists.

 Lighting and Sound
We work closely with the best lighting and sound vendors to create the appropriate ambiance for your event.

Valet Parking
We can arrange for valet parking to assist for smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Table Settings
A Legendary Event prides itself in creating table settings that will extend an invitation to your guests, and will make each guest feel honored.

Cuisine Tastings
We will arrange a tasting for 2 to 4 guests to assist with the final selection of your menu once our proposal has been accepted and a partial payment has been received.

Production Charge and Taxes:
A Legendary Event will add a Production Fee of 20% to the sub-total of your invoice as well as collect 8% sales tax.
