Ask a Legendary Expert!

At A Legendary Event, we are dedicated to making sure your special occasion is picture-perfect.  As part of “Ask a Legendary Expert,” we asked photographer Nancy Jo McDaniel of N.J.M.  Photography (http://www.njmphotography.com/) to share some tips on the event-planning process. *  Zoom in on friends and family!  The people at your event are absolutely the most important part of any special occasion, so always try to put your closest guests first in your photos. *  Focus on details!  The smallest things like boutonnieres, your grandmother’s corsage, and the escort card tables will help bring your event to life.  Even though lots may get lost in the hustle and bustle of the big day, a good photographer won’t let anything go unnoticed. *  Make sure you and your photographer are compatible ahead of time.  When selecting a photographer, pick someone you can get along with.  This person is responsible for documenting your special occasion, and you will spend several hours with them throughout the event, so personalities prove to be very important! There are so many other things to consider when documenting your big day, from backdrops to scheduling to coordinating large groups of people, but with experts like Nancy Jo McDaniel and the team at A Legendary Event on your side, your special day will be a dream come true. Check out our website at www.alegendaryevent.com to view our photography galleries for inspiration on how we can help bring your special vision to life.

Fabulous Fall Forecast: What’s Up At The High?

Just the other day, Tony was spotted at the Four Seasons Atlanta enjoying Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial with Ms. Cate Candler, of the High Museum’s Wine Auction Office. What else could they have been discussing so late in the year? The party of the century, of course! The High Museum’s Fast Forward Gala: Modern Moments 1913>>2013 is co-chaired by Sandra Baldwin and Tony Conway. The event is an exclusive peek at the High Museum’s newest exhibit. During a night rich with decadence, guests will have the opportunity to preview the greatest works of modern art in the world. Such a celebration is sure to offer an exciting peek at what has been waiting in the wings of the High Museum. For more information, visit www.high.org/gala.
